We do not accept returns for products once they are delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return (if applicable) should be initiated within 2 days of receiving the products.

We don’t provide any exchange or replacement.

If a refund is approved by THE NATURAL GREENS, it will take 7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
